The Best Study Soundtrack to help you concentrate

The Best Study Soundtrack to help you concentrate

Believe us, you need a study soundtrack in your life! Listening to gentle music has been proven to help with cognitive tasks, it helps your brain function and allows it to process new information faster and more effectively. It does this by;

1. Improving a person’s mood which in turn leads to less distractions, and

2. Creating a background, white noise type sound improving concentration.

After a week or so using this study soundtrack, your brain will start linking the two and you will know you have to concentrate when it is playing. The songs themselves might even help you to recall information when you’re in your exams. Remember, though, that loud music has been shown to impair your ability to retain information. So it’s best to keep the Metallica for non-study days!

We’ve created a study soundtrack to help you concentrate and retain information. This is a very chilled playlist, which will help keep you focused more on your work and less on the music. You can create your own playlist, or click here for our Spotify version.
