It’s Okay Not to Be Okay

It’s normal to not feel 100% great all of the time. It’s normal to get sad and feel anxious, and it’s okay to express your feelings.

High school will have its downs – but it will also have its ups – and the sooner we can accept that, the better.

Not everyone will understand what you are going through, but that doesn’t mean you are alone. Talk to someone, whether it’s your parents, siblings, friends, or someone else. Talking to someone helps put your feelings into perspective.

Nothing lasts forever; not high school or even the way you are feeling.
