It is easy to get caught up in the stress that school brings – sometimes you just have to step back and let your worries wash away. Think 5 years ahead, will whatever you are worrying about affect you then? Spend some time in nature, maybe go on a bush walk with your friends, this always helps me calm down. Instead of worrying, be practical. Get a start on that assignment, read a chapter of that book, you’ll be surprised at how much of a positive difference it will make.
